Peoples Jewelry Catalogue Canada
"I can go to Canada to sell?
I live in Michigan and selling jewelry. How it works is like Tupperware has a part that I come along and explains all the catalogs and some pieces can be seen. I DO NOT bring parts to sell. You order the book and its shipped to you. I have a lot of people in Canada who want to have parties but I have no idea how this works. Everything I carry is a team with some examples of jewelry valued at about $ 500 just pearls and crystals no diamonds or anything like that. What I say at the border? Is this legal?
Presumably you are paid on commission, so they would be working in Canada because this is a business. You would have to declare their sales team and the examples and the purpose of your visit to the border. And there will be no shipping and tax sales on their products if they allowed the creation of sales. Indeed, the border guards of the U.S. certainly not allowed in the opposite direction.
