Jewelry Velvet
Any suggestions for cleaning the inside of a jewelry box?
I have a small wooden jewelry box that I received years ago as a gift. I used mainly to store Earrings, but they have left the cream "velvet" with a greenish residue.
I use a clean cloth white wash, place a drop of shampoo on it, add hot water and foam work, squeeze out excess water and wipe the surface gently. Rinse the cloth until all are gone foam and wipe the surface again (very gently). Finally, use a white dry cloth to pat dry the surface carefully. Good luck
