Fine Jewelry Resume
ADULTS….Should I quit… read details please!?
I started just over one month ago at a fine jewelry store. I’m trying my hardest, but I just don’t think I’m doing a great job and I don’t like it there. I’ve got two months left before my probational period after being hired is up. I think the only reason they would keep me is because the store is understaffed. (5 people) I just updated my resume on Monster last night and this morning I’ve alredy gotten FOUR calls from it. Should I call them back and interview with them?
Yes, go talk to them. I see the following reasons for you to do so:
1) You are not happy at your current job and life is honestly too short
2) Having as many options open as possible is always good
3) Even if you end up not wanting to take any of those jobs, talking to other people and finding out what they are doing is always a good part of learning and of comparing whether what you do is or isn’t what can make you happy in life
