Fun And Easy Ways To Earn Extra Money From Home
Self-made millionaires or business gurus say that great things happen to people who are enterprising and determined to succeed. In most instances, these are also individuals who know a good opportunity to earn extra money when they see one. Forget about ” Get-Rich-Quick” propositions that smell like scam miles away. There are so many legitimate ways to earn extra money from home. Even if you have a regular job or you’ve retired but want to keep busy while earning some spare cash, there are fun and easy money-making ventures you can try.
If you’ve accumulated lots of stuff you can part with, like clothes the kids have outgrown, or small appliances you want to replace with upgraded versions, you can hold a garage sale. Inform the people in your neighborhood by distributing fliers at nearby convenience stores, laundry mats, or through word-of-mouth. On the day itself, be sure you’ve put up directional signs leading to your backyard, or some other venue for your garage sale. The alternative is to sell your stuff ( including your slightly used designer bags, sports equipment, gadgets, accessories, etc.) online. Make it clear to the buyers that they’ll handle shipping costs and where to course payment for both the merchandise and shipping costs.
There are other creative possibilities to earn extra money from home, depending on your interests and abilities. You can string Bead Jewelry and start off with friends as initial clients. If you love practicing yoga, you can train to become an instructor and turn a portion of your home into a studio. If you love baking, you can bake delicious pastries and then sell them from home. Bring a few samples along with your business card containing contact telephone numbers and email address to offices establishments nearby. If you have an internet connection, patience, and a good command of the English language, you may teach English as a second language to foreign students. It’s another good way to earn extra money from home.

I turned an old microwave stand into a craft table.
I make jewelry and I use the dining room table as my work station. Each night I have to clean it off for dinner. I figured I could use this old stand and be able to use the top to work on. It’s on wheels and very compact so it’s easy to move around and won’t take up alot of space. I painted it red and need some ideas on what I could do to jazz it up a bit. My husband said to paint an American Flag on it which sounds like a good idea but I would like more input. I can draw very well so any idea thrown at me would be helpful.
I really don’t have a set place to put this when it’s finished. I think that wherever I am working on something at the time then that’s where it will end up. I would really like to have a cartoon image of a young boy, little sister and small baby holding an American Flag. (represents my kids) I thought maybe that would be a nice picture to paint on the sides. I need an image to look at though.
I think it would be neat if you bought a magazine, something with these kinds of images (maybe Parenting, or Better homes and Gardens for example) and glue a picture that you find that you like right in the center of the top, then paint some images i.e. flags, flowers, kids, as details arond the picture and on the table legs. Then paint shellac (can be found in a store that carries paint or a craft store) over the whole table to protect the images and give it a nice shiney look. Or you could find photos that you might have extras of and make a collage, and shellac over that, you could even paint an american flag as the background. I’m assuming that you do beading-type projects as opposed to usind a torch on metal jewelry. Shellac would NOT be good to use if you’re using heat or chemicals.
