wedding tiara color help?
Hi I'm getting married in March and now get my accessories for my dress is ivory with pale gold outfit.my a trim.i have been looking for tiaras and wedding jewelry sets and dont seem to like the color gold. Would it look silly if I had to go with silver and jewels and tiara Diamonte.? thanks in advance x Do you mean mixing colors of metal? Otherwise all my jewelry is silver and glasses Diamonte. I value your opinion and not sure if it would this is good why im asking.my dress has a gold border at the top of the bust area.and the train is divided in two with gold strips down either very pale side.its and 2 or 3 inches wide.i just thinking gold tiaras look tacky but if it'd look stupid then id have no choice.
Eh. I like to mix metals, I think it looks tacky, but some people like him. If you think that would look good, go with him. It is your day. To hell with what others think. Edit-Yes, I refer to mix colors. (Mixture of the elements is a totally different story, and I know nothing). It's all a matter of opinion. Some people say they never mixed metals, and others really like it. At some point I heard on TV that mixing metals is "in", but that was a while ago and do not keep up with these things. If you really do not know, or can not find one you like, maybe you could leave the tiara idea all together. It seems a bit strange at first, but then again I'm not much for jewelry and accessories in the first batch. Also note that people probably will not notice if your accessories do not match your dress. It is really a small detail, in the end, and mean little to anyone but you, so I suggested not to worry.
